Jesse and Débora Parsons
Whether scuba diving with a sea turtle in Honduras, traversing the Moroccan desert on camel, driving a rickshaw through Shanghai, or cruising the fjords of Norway, Jesse and Débora always focus on relationships and connecting people rather than just sightseeing.
Jesse has a BA in International Studies and a BS in Civil Engineering both from the University of Washington in Seattle and an MA in Education from Biola University near Los Angeles. He has worked as a civil engineer, a high school math and science teacher and most recently as a school improvement specialist for the Oregon State Department of Education.
Débora was born and raised in France and after graduating from an American high school as an exchange student, she went on to get her Bac+5 (equivalent to a Masters Degree) in Tourism from Ecole Internationale Tunon in Montpelier, France. Prior to meeting Jesse, she worked as a flight attendant for Swiss International Airlines. She is passionate about business and has a real entrepreneurial spirit.
Jesse and Débora are the proud parents of seven amazing children, and they currently live near Salem, Oregon.
Mollie and Eli Dickison
Since meeting in China in 2001, Eli and Mollie have been drawn to foreign travel, language and culture. After Mollie graduated with a degree in Elementary Education and ESL from Eastern Washington University and Eli with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Eastern Oregon University the pair married, found jobs and resolved to settle down in Washington State. One year later, however, they were on a plane back to China where they remained for the next nine years and eventually purchased and operated a large English school -- Langston English. Mollie and Eli both speak fluent Mandarin Chinese. They currently live in the Seattle area with their four children, Ilana, Micah, Silas and Isaac.
